broken rib,cracked rib

hi guys,ive been battling 1 broken rib and 1 cracked rib for about a week now,been to the doc twice,she just says time will heal.shes put me kinda on bed rest,cant sit up for more than 2 hours at a time,so will be missing raids tonight,hopefully will be functioning a bit better on thursday,kick some butt!

I've had a broken rib before and those hurt like crazy and not much they can do for it, take it easy Bakkura.
